Why this phone sucks:The Moto Q music's black bezel and red accents look awesome, and it has a great keyboard for texting and e-mailing. On the other hand, its custom multimedia player skin was confusing to navigate, and what good is a multimedia player without volume controls? Worse still, much weaker phones in Verizon Wireless' multimedia lineup support V CAST Video, but this phone doesn't. In contrast to its brother, the Q 9h Global, the Moto Q music has a lame surfing experience that's too sluggish for our tastes.
