Three years ago, Mozilla's Firefox Web browser jumped into the browser tournament, proving it could go toe to toe with Microsoft's Internet Explorer and win plenty of converts. Last April, Firefox held about 15 percent of the browser market, second to IE's 78 percent. We are convinced, though, that if everyone knew what Firefox could really do, those numbers would be reversed.
