Many Skype fans have been waiting a long time for a truly mobile solution that doesn't require a PC. The first two Wi-Fi Skype handsets have finally arrived, both of which come with the popular VoIP application built in. This means you can make and receive free Skype calls whenever you're in a Wi-Fi hotspot (one that doesn't require a browser-based login). Both models are expensive, but the price is a onetime fee, unlike cell phones and their notorious contract fees. Unfortunately, each phone has significant flaws, and one of the phones is downright unusable in its present incarnation. Belkin vs. Netgear
